 About you, the Applicant 

Experience in lending or banking is favourable however not essential. You are driven, organized and confident with a sharp attention to detail. You can take direction but also work independently. About the role 

We are seeking applicants for the position of Customer Engagement Co – Ordinator.  The purpose of this role is to provide support to the businesses 3 loan writers as well as keep the offices running smoothly with general office admin duties. It is a customer facing role so a love of people is a must for any applicant, however attention to detail and data matching are equally as important. This role is designed to provide the current team the support they need to continue delivering an exceptional experience for our clients. Client support duties include handling new enquiries as well as ongoing service to our existing clients, aftercare and loan maintenance requests. It also will include collating documents for loan applications, data entry and check listing loan files. General office admin duties include phone answering, greeting clients, managing social media and tracking the numbers.
