As 2025 draws to a close, Ignite Financial is proud to share a milestone that marks a new chapter in our business journey. After years of serving clients across the Tablelands, we have purchased our own permanent premises and are now open at 48 Kennedy Highway, Tolga.
While a change of address may seem straightforward on the surface, this move represents something much deeper for our team, our clients and the community.

A permanent home reflects long-term commitment
Purchasing our own premises is a clear signal of permanence. It reflects our confidence in the future of the Tablelands and our long-term commitment to the clients and families we serve. Owning our own space allows us to invest with certainty, not just in bricks and mortar, but in systems, people and services that support our clients over the long term.
For our clients, this means working with a business that is here for the long haul – we are no longer tenants in someone else’s space; we have put down roots of our own.
A space to support better client experience
Our new Tolga location gives us the opportunity to work from a space that reflects who Ignite Financial is today. This will take time, with a series of renovations planned for the new location, but our commitment to clarity and care will guide us through those changes.
As we settle into our new space, we are focused on creating an environment that is welcoming, professional and practical, supporting in-person conversations and the flexible ways our clients prefer to engage with us.
Importantly, while the space is new, the experience will still be an Ignite experience. Our clients will continue to work with the same trusted team, receive the same personalised advice, and benefit from the same commitment to clear, considered financial guidance.
Staying local while continuing to grow
Relocating to Tolga is not about moving away from Atherton. It is about strengthening our presence within the Tablelands. The new location positions Ignite Financial to continue growing alongside the region, while remaining accessible to clients across the Tablelands and Far North Queensland.
